Thank you for shopping with us! Because our items are fulfilled on a structured monthly cycle, please review our order schedule below to understand when your package will be prepared and shipped.

Monthly order cutoff & dispatch schedule

We operate on a fixed monthly shipping cycle to ensure high-quality fulfillment for every order:

  • Monthly Cutoff Date: 25th of every month (at 11:59 PM)

  • Envelope Preparation & Packaging: 26th – End of the month

  • Official Dispatch Date: 1st of every month

How order timing works

Your order date determines which monthly batch your package belongs to:

  • Orders placed ON or BEFORE the 25th: Prepared immediately after the cutoff and shipped on the 1st of the upcoming month.

    (Example: An order placed on August 20th will ship on September 1st.)

  • Orders placed AFTER the 25th: Rolled into the following month's batch and shipped on the 1st of the next cycle.

    (Example: An order placed on August 27th will ship on October 1st.)

Delivery times

All envelopes ship simultaneously on the 1st of each month. Total delivery time depends on your location and local postal services:

  • Domestic Orders: Estimated 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • International Orders: Estimated 7–15 business days after dispatch (varies by destination and local customs processing).

Address changes & order modifications

If you need to update your shipping address or order details, please contact our support team before the 25th of the month. Once envelope preparation begins on the 26th, changes cannot be guaranteed for that shipment cycle.
